Upon advancement, this ship gains: 1 weapon slot; 450 hull points; 2.5 per second to hull recovery; and 2 per second to power recharge.

Due to the high merit costs, only experienced players tend to have the advanced Liche, with the Liche being the most popular of the Cylon [[Escort Ships|escort]] ships. It is popular as it has 7 weapons slots, which is more than any other Cylon escort ship.

The [[Colonial]] equivalent to this ship is the [[Advanced Halberd]].
